Pilates :)

Seeing as we have finished our dancing ,we have now started pilates. We will be doing this for three weeks and then back to normal PE. I really like it so far ,i think that it is really relaxing. The whole point of pilates is to give you a good posture and tone up your muscles. The woman who teaches us is called Angela.
Im looking forward to having it again next week :)
